General Electric Space System Division (SSD) had a contract to provide the core of the Military Strategic and Tactical Relay (MILSTAR) Satellite:  I worked on the component level vibration and shock testing from 1988 to 1989.

General Electric Astro Space Division (ASD) had a contract to support ISS Work Package 3, which was mostly attached payloads:  I lead the dynamic analyses effort including the STS coupled loads analyses from 1990 to 1991.  The contract was cancelled after one year to save money.

Martin Marietta ASD won a contract to provide four Intelsat VIII COMSATs:  I worked on the proposal and lead the satellite design and configuration effort from 1993 to 1996.  We completed over 170 assembly, structure, panel preparation, waveguide and coax drawings.

Changed job from Lockheed Martin to Spectrum Astro in Gilbert, AZ

Spectrum Astro had a contract to study a radar and MTI constellation called Discoverer II for the AF ($10M):   I wrote the IMP during the proposal and was the Chief Engineer on the effort from 1999 to 2001.

Spectrum Astro won a contract to design and build the GLAST Spacecraft:   I was the capture manager on the proposal in 2002.  The contract was worth $52M.  The satellite was renamed Fermi after launch.
